Some teachings can’t be explained, they must be experienced.

My workshops are immersive, alive and deeply rooted in tradition.
They are not performances. They are spaces for awakening.

I currently offer three signature formats:

• Thai Therapeutic Bodywork
Authentic teachings based on the original lineage of Master Pichest Boonthumme. These workshops teach how to listen, release and rebalance through sacred touch and deep body awareness.

• Raja Yoga Retreats
A journey through the full 8-limbed path of yoga — blending movement, breath, inner stillness and ancient philosophy to restore harmony on every level of being.

• Ancient & Futuristic Face Rejuvenation
These workshops focus on advanced face healing techniques that go far beyond skincare.
You’ll experience:

– Ancient Thai Face Massage, as taught by the legendary Master Pichest from Chiang Mai
– Himalayan Face Therapy using a futuristic high-frequency rejuvenation device
– The 7-Step Sacred Facial Method to energetically reset and uplift all facial zones

These can be experienced as standalone workshops or combined into a women’s retreat focused on the sacred power of face, presence and light.

• Longevity & Rejuvenation Workshops
Explore timeless methods for cellular regeneration, energy renewal and deep self-care. Learn how to reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence and age with grace, radiance and joy.
